The CTCAD Event is designed to introduce youth to a variety of career opportunities in the industry including: building, heavy equipment, engineering, highway and the related trades and to provide direct recruitment and placement opportunities for industry employers/trades participating in the event. The goal of the CTCAD is to reach 750 local students and ready to work individuals.
The event will feature hands-on exhibitor areas on the concourse of Raley Field, an outdoor equipment demonstration area and a workshop for principals, teachers and career guidance counselors.
